TENDER DESCRIPTION

Collection and management of the municipal waste specified in the further part of the description of the subject matter of the contract—unsorted (mixed) and separately collected—originating from properties where residents live, located within the area of the Jakubów commune, in a manner compliant with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for Mazowsze in force during the term of the contract, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on the detailed method for selective collection of selected waste fractions, and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order within the area of the Jakubów Commune, as well as other statutory and local legal provisions.
