TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of collecting and managing municipal waste from premises where residents live, in a manner enabling the Lubomia Commune to achieve the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and to limit the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is delivered to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, the resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Lubomia commune, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), as well as regulations concerning the implementation of the task, and the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste collected at PSZOK (waste also comes from properties where residents live), fractions: paper; metals; plastics; glass; multi-material packaging waste; bio-waste; hazardous waste;…
