TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to provide a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the territory of the Gmina Secemin in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, collected in a selective manner as well as mixed. The estimated quantity of municipal waste to be collected and managed from residential properties within the territory of the Gmina Secemin in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 is: 1200 Mg. ATTENTION: The Contractor is required to indicate in the tender form the addresses of municipal installations to which the waste will be delivered, in accordance with Article 6d(4)(5) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025 item 733, as amended). In the event that the addresses are not provided, the tender shall be rejected.
