1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing within the area of the City and Commune of Człopa. 2) Collection, transport and management of bulky waste, tyres from passenger cars, used electronic and electrical equipment (once per year). 3) Provision, as part of the subject matter of the contract, of bags for selective waste collection with appropriate inscriptions and in the appropriate colour in accordance with applicable regulations. 4) Provision in the form of free-of-charge lease to property owners of waste containers. 1.
