TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the City and Commune of Tuczno during the basic contract term covering the years 2027–2028, as well as equipping the properties with bins and bags for waste collection. The contract also includes the possibility for the Contracting Authority to make use of the right of option and two renewals, under the terms set out in the SWZ, OPZ and the Draft contract provisions. The basic contract covers a period of 24 months. The right of option does not extend the term of the contract and serves to increase the scope of the service during the period in which the contract is performed. A renewal means the repeated performance of the services covered by the contract after the end of the previous implementation period, on the terms set out in the procurement documents.
