„Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties inhabited in the area of Gmina Będków” 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in: a) the collection and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live and from properties where summer houses or other properties used for recreational and holiday purposes are located within the territory of Gmina Będków, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegradable that is delivered for landfill, in accordance with applicable regulations: the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels for limiting landfill of biodegradable municipal waste, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, the Waste Management Plan for Łódzkie Voivodeship for…
