TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contractor under the contract is obliged to collect and manage unsorted (mixed) municipal waste as well as selectively collected waste from all properties located in the Bobolice municipality area where residents live. 2. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from PSZOK and MPSZOK. 3. The Contractor is obliged to equip the PSZOK in accordance with the provisions in the section "Equipment and collection, transport and management of waste from the stationary PSZOK and service of MPSZOK" 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out one promotional action promoting selective waste collection in the Bobolice municipality as part of an event indicated by the Contracting Authority. One promotional action means e.g. a demonstration of municipal equipment, prizes within at least 3 announced contests, for at least 60 people, promotional materials, fruit tree seedlings, ecological (promotional) gadgets, etc., as well as a service – collection of waste generated during the event – for a total value of at least PLN 4,000.00 (in words: four thousand zlotys 00/100).
