TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the types of municipal waste specified in the contract description from owners of residential properties located within the municipality of Ciepielów and collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. The contract covers the collection of all municipal waste accumulated both in a segregated manner and mixed, directly from properties located within the municipality of Ciepielów, as well as from the registered office of the City and Municipality Office in Ciepielów and from the Municipal Public Library in Ciepielów. 3. Servicing of the selective collection of municipal waste in a bag system covers the area of 29 localities (as of 30.09.2026). 4. The Contracting Authority does not include in the subject of the contract business entities, production and industrial plants—this contract does not apply to post-production and industrial waste. 5.
