TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the area of Gmina Markowa in 2027, i.e. from: the Sołectwo of Markowa, Husów, Tarnawka. The performance of the subject matter of the contract shall be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation and sent for landfill, and limiting the level of landfilling — in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). 2. Throughout the term of performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 2.1.
