TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties where residents live, located in the area of the Municipality of the City of Kowal in 2027. 2. Collecting waste from drop-off points, i.e. containers of the “bell” type, in which selective waste collection is carried out, with separation into glass, plastics and metal, and paper. 3. Transporting waste to the regional installation for the collection of municipal waste. 4. Processing waste in a manner that ensures achievement of the appropriate level of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended). 5.
