TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and mixed-use properties, i.e. properties that are partly residential and partly non-residential, where residents live within the territory of Gmina Stawiski, as well as the equipment and operation of the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”, at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 2. At the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Stawiski (PSZOK), the Contracting Authority provides a video monitoring system at the waste storage site. The footage/image recording from the video surveillance system used to monitor the waste storage or disposal location will be stored for one month from the date the recording is made. 3. Performance of the subject of the contract should ensure the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and the limitation of the mass of municipal waste that is biodegradable and is delivered for landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order…
