TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the territory of the Żołynia Municipality, i.e. from: Żołynia Sołectwo, Brzóza Stadnicka Sołectwo, Smolarzyny Sołectwo, Kopanie Żołyńskie Sołectwo. The contract shall be carried out in a manner ensuring that the appropriate levels for preparing municipal waste for re-use and recycling are achieved, that the mass of municipal waste subject to biodegradation and transferred for landfilling is limited, and that the level of landfilling is limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the implementing acts to that Act. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. The minimum quantity of waste planned for collection and management shall be 700,000 Mg. 4.4.
