TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management by recovery or disposal of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the area of the City and Municipality of Bodzanów, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in the town of Chodkowo, ul. Górna 3, in a manner: enabling the Contracting Authority to fulfil obligations concerning preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to landfill and the landfill level, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas. The detailed obligations of the Contractor, including obligations related to proper collection, transport, management and providing data and documents, are specified in the OPZ and the draft contract. 2.
