TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties that are inhabited and located within the territory of the Kotuń Municipality, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located at the Waste Disposal Site in Kotuń, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2019, item 701, as amended), the provisions of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for Mazovia, and the provisions of the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Kotuń Municipality, as well as other statutory and local legal provisions. The estimated quantity of waste planned to be collected will be 2064.7 Mg throughout the period covered by the contract. In addition, as part of the service provided, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste originating from properties under the management of the Kotuń Municipality.
