2. Part 1 — “Collection and management of municipal waste generated at residential properties located within the territory of the Alwernia commune” 1) The Contractor is obliged to manage municipal waste in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 174, as amended)) with particular emphasis on the effects of selective collection of waste. 2) The scope of the contract also includes: a) delivery of containers and bags for the selective collection of municipal waste. In the price of the tender, the Contractor is obliged to include the cost of equipping properties in multi-family (multi-unit) residential buildings with containers for the segregation of municipal waste, and properties in single-family residential buildings with bags for the segregation of municipal waste, as well as with containers; b) tidying up the area contaminated with waste spilled from containers, skips, bags and vehicles in the event that the area is contaminated during waste collection; c) collecting waste lying next to filled containers and skips at multi-unit…
