TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste specified in the contract description, from properties located in the territory of the Municipality of Rabka-Zdrój where residents live, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, PSZOK). The collection and management of municipal waste will be carried out regardless of weather conditions, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels for preparing for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and currently applicable implementing acts to the above-mentioned Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered for landfill and on the method of calculating the level of limiting the mass of such waste (Journal of…
