The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of the collection, transport, and management of municipal waste accumulated on residential and non-residential properties located in the Barlinek Municipality area from January 1 to December 31, 2027, resulting from the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ucpg.
