TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste directly from all residential properties within the area of the Charsznica Commune in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred for landfill in accordance with the provisions of law in this regard. Waste collection includes municipal waste collected in a selective and mixed manner. 1.
