TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located within the Przeciszów Municipality, where residents live, during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The collection of waste shall be carried out in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste that is biodegradable and is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and with the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship.
