TENDER DESCRIPTION

Management (recovery, recycling and disposal) of municipal waste collected from residential properties and from properties where there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the municipality of Lesznowola must be carried out in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the amount of municipal waste that is biodegradable and is delivered for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 14 December 2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan, and the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Lesznowola.
