Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the area of the Radgoszcz Municipality in the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of collection and management of collected municipal waste in accordance with the waste procedure hierarchy, the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and the Act on waste, from owners of residential properties arising within the territory of the Radgoszcz Municipality in the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, where the service consists in:1) receiving, transporting and managing (recovery or disposal) of the entire mass of municipal mixed (unsorted) waste — twice per month in the summer period from 1 April to 31 October, once per month in the winter period from 1 November to 31 March and sorted — collected once per month from residential properties, individually delivered from each household on the territory of the Radgoszcz Municipality from seven sołectwos: Radgoszcz I, Radgoszcz II, Radgoszcz III, Smyków, Luszowice, Małec, Żdżary, carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of…
