TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Collection and management of municipal waste, collected separately, from the non-residential property at 5 Plac Dąbrowskiego in Łódź (Regional Court in Łódź – access from Narutowicza 64 or Jaracza 55a Street) and at 10 Wydawnicza Street in Łódź (Registry Archive Office of the Regional Court in Łódź), used by the Regional Court in Łódź. 2) Municipal waste will be collected from bins exclusively intended for this purpose, marked in a visible from a distance, clear and uniform manner in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions, with the following colours assumed for marking bins for the individual waste fractions: a. mixed municipal waste – black colour or at least a black lid/flap of the bin, marked with the words “Zmieszane"; b. glass – green colour, marked with the words “Szkło"; c. paper, cardboard – blue colour, marked with the words “Papier"; d. plastic, metal – yellow colour, marked with the words “Metale i tworzywa sztuczne"; e. biodegradable – brown colour, marked with the words “BIO". 3) Contract performance period: 24 months,…
