TENDER DESCRIPTION

A) Collection and management of municipal waste originating from owners of properties inhabited by residents; properties on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreational purposes; and mixed properties, i.e. properties partly inhabited and partly uninhabited, where municipal waste is generated; B) Equipping all such properties with containers or bags (in indicated situations) for waste by the start date of service provision, i.e. by January 1, 2027, in accordance with the Cleanliness and Order Maintenance Regulations in the Łask Municipality area and the resolution concerning the detailed manner and scope of services regarding the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of such waste in exchange for the fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management; C) Collection and management of municipal waste from the selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) and equipping the point with the necessary municipal waste containers by the start date of service provision; D) Collection and management of expired medicines delivered by residents to collection points located in pharmacies –…
