TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners (approximately 2,969 inhabited properties (single-family houses and units in multi-unit buildings) and approximately 1,107 properties on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year) from the area of Gmina Czernichów in 2027, and operating a separate waste collection point. The subject matter of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No 9 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a Subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract: drivers of vehicles collecting waste, physical workers dealing with the collection of waste from properties and loading it onto waste collection trucks, and workers collecting waste at the PSZOK. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor.
