TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is to perform a service consisting of collecting and managing (recovery or disposal) from the area of the Czerniewice Commune of solid municipal waste from: - owners of residential properties; - properties where summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located; - owners of multi-unit properties; - the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point referred to hereinafter as (PSZOK). 4.2. Equipping the above-mentioned properties with appropriate types of bins and bags. 4.3. Achieving, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of municipal waste consisting of biodegradable waste delivered for landfill, in accordance with Article 3b and 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and the Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodeship for 2025-2030, including the years 2031-2036. 4.1.
