TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection of municipal waste from the owners of residential and non-residential properties, the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located within the area of Czudec Commune, and its management. The waste will be collected from approximately 3,700 properties in the area of Czudec Commune, which currently has approximately 10,000 residents and approximately 210 entities carrying out business activities in the area of 8 village administrations: Czudec, Przedmieście Czudeckie, Pstrągowa, Pstrągowa Wola, Nowa Wieś, Babica, Wyżne and Zaborów. The contracting authority does not plan, during the 3 years following the award of the basic contract, to award the existing contractor of contracts for similar services on the basis of Article 214(1)(7) in conjunction with Article 305(1) of the Public Procurement Law (pzp). The contracting authority does not take into account social, environmental aspects or labels in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
