TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the city of Lubaczów, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Lubaczów Urban Commune adopted by a Resolution of the Municipal Council in Lubaczów. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Collection from all owners of residential properties located within the commune, of the produced and collected quantities of particular fractions of municipal waste listed in para. 2 point 1, letters A–D. A. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (waste code: 20 03 01) collected in containers or bags. B.
