TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of collecting, transporting, and managing municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the city of Lubaczów, collected in accordance with the provisions of the current Cleanliness and Order Maintenance Regulations in the area of the Urban Municipality of Lubaczów adopted by the Resolution of the City Council in Lubaczów. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Collection from all owners of residential properties in the municipality, of the generated and collected amount of individual fractions of municipal waste listed in paragraph 2 point 1, letters A-D. A. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (waste code: 20 03 01), collected in containers or bags. B.
