TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services: collection, transport, and management of municipal waste from property owners on which residents live, located in the Łomianki Commune area, as well as collection, transport, and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point, Brukowa 2E street. The service provision should ensure achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfilling. 2. The Contractor is obliged to comply during the term of the contract with legal provisions, in particular: 1) the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, 2) the provisions of the Act of December 14, 2012, on waste, 3) the provisions of the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law, 4) the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013, on detailed requirements for collection of municipal waste from property owners, 5) the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021, on the method…
