TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service in the scope of: 1) collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of residential properties and from non-residential properties where a summer cottage is located, or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes in the area of the Municipality of Ozorków, and from properties where educational and care, cultural, sports, in the field of health protection and fire protection activities are carried out, 2) furnishing, collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in Modlna. The service of collecting and managing municipal waste includes mixed and separately collected municipal waste in accordance with applicable laws in this regard. The subject matter of the contract has been specified in detail in the terms of reference for the procurement procedure together with its annexes, including in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting an annex to the SWZ.
