TENDER DESCRIPTION

1 The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners in whose properties residents live from the area of the Municipality of Popów during the period from 01.01.2027r. to 31.12.2027r. 3.2 The estimated total maximum limit of waste planned for collection is 2054.10 Mg. 3.3 The established total maximum limit remains binding for the Contractor. The Contracting Authority allows shifts of collection limits within the individual fractions listed in point 3.2 of the SWZ. 3.4 The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims due to failure, during the period of performing the service contract, to reach a level not exhausting the total maximum limit. 3.5 It is envisaged that the total maximum limit may be increased during the implementation of the contract—depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority—however, by no more than 30%. 3.6 The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ and the draft contract. 1 The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from property…
