TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from properties inhabited by residents in the area of the Rzgów municipality (single-family and multi-family), land plots of properties owned by the Rzgów Municipality, the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy locations situated in the area of the Rzgów municipality, in a manner that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the amount of municipal waste containing biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025 item 733) and implementing acts, as well as, during the term of the contract, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodeship and local law regulations in particular: specifying the detailed method and scope of providing services in the area of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing that waste, with the regulations on maintaining…
