TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Siedliszcze in 2027; 4.2. The estimated total mass of waste to be collected is: 955.03 Mg 4.3. The performance of the contract must ensure achievement of the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of municipal waste containing biodegradable materials that are delivered to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399), the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906, as amended), the guidelines of the Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship, and the provisions of the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Municipality of Siedliszcze.
