Name of the task: “Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Skoroszyce” for the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 (24 months). III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste and its transport — from the owners of all inhabited and uninhabited properties in the area of Gmina Skoroszyce — and transferring the municipal waste collected from the owners of inhabited properties to appropriate facilities for processing, in accordance with the provisions of law, including transferring: - selectively collected municipal waste directly or via another waste collector to waste recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste; - unsorted (mixed) remaining municipal waste after segregation directly to the municipal installation. 2.
