TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is to provide services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Ślemień in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. The area of the Gmina is 46 km2. It consists of 3 sołectwa: Ślemień, Kocoń and Las. The number of inhabitants as of 05.10.2026 was 3,399. There are approximately 1,400 buildings in the municipality (single-family houses, holiday cottages, or facilities used for recreational purposes). As of 05.10.2026, 1,418 declarations have been submitted: 1. For residential properties, 1,076 declarations were submitted, covering 3,099 people. 2. For properties with holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes and used for part of the year, 342 declarations were submitted. Ślemień is a rural gmina with dispersed development. Access to some properties may be difficult due to: an insufficient width of some access roads to properties, the type of surface of some access roads, terrain features, and a significant slope of some streets.
