TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the following services: 1) collection of municipal waste – involving selective collection and mixed waste (in accordance with applicable law, including environmental protection requirements): a) generated on properties in the area of Gmina Stromiec where residents live, b) generated on properties used for recreational and leisure purposes covered by the municipal waste collection system of Gmina Stromiec, c) collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) of Gmina Stromiec, 2) transport and management of the above-mentioned waste (in accordance with applicable law, including environmental protection requirements), consisting in transferring the waste to a municipal installation for the purpose of recovering it or disposing of it.
