TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the area of Gmina Świnna in 2027, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods, and the reduction in the mass of municipal waste containing biodegradable waste delivered to landfill, to a regional installation or to a substitute installation for servicing the region in accordance with the following provisions: • Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), • Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), • Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 647, as amended), • Act of 6 March 2018 Law on Entrepreneurs (Journal of Laws 2024, item 236, as amended), • Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements concerning the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122), •…
