The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste originating from real properties where residents live and from real properties where holiday cottages are located or from other real properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, located within the area of the Zgierz municipality, in a manner ensuring achievement of the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for landfill.
