TENDER DESCRIPTION

- collecting municipal waste from property owners in the area of Gmina Góra and managing the collected waste in an estimated quantity of up to 4,513.00 Mg (t) (max. 4,513.00,00 Mg, min. 3,868.50 Mg), i.e. recovery or disposal, in a manner ensuring achievement of the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred for landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) In the table of settlement elements, constituting Appendix No 1.1 to the present SWZ, the maximum quantities of waste for collection and management, for which the Contractor is obliged under the present contract, were indicated, and after these quantities are exhausted, the Contractor is authorised to discontinue the performance of the services provided, with the proviso of the possibility of shifting expenditures between waste categories within the framework of the maximum nominal remuneration resulting from the contract.
