TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The manner in which contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract satisfy the conditions for participation in the procedure: 1) the condition concerning ability to trade in economic turnover, referred to in Article 112(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) – does not apply, 2) the condition concerning authorisations to carry out a specific type of economic or professional activity, referred to in Article 112(2)(2) of the PZP – the condition referred to in Article 112(2)(2) of the PZP, i.e. the condition set out in Chapter XII(2)(2)(a-b) of the SWZ must be satisfied independently by at least one of the contractors or cumulatively by two contractors, 3) the condition concerning the economic or financial situation, referred to in Article 112(2)(3) of the PZP – does not apply, 4) the condition concerning technical or professional capacity, referred to in Article 112(2)(4) of the PZP, i.e. the condition set out in Chapter XII(2)(4)(a) of the SWZ must be satisfied independently by at least one of the contractors. 2.
