TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the Contract is a service consisting of: 1. Receiving and managing municipal waste originating from property owners in respect of whose properties residents live, and from property owners in respect of whose properties no residents live and municipal waste is generated, together with delivering waste containers to the property premises and handing them over to the property owner in accordance with the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality adopted by the Ostrzeszów Municipal Council, and with the resolution on the manner and scope of providing services in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners and managing such waste, 2. Establishing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and receiving and managing municipal waste collected therein, 3. Collecting municipal waste from organised occasional events, 4. Collecting waste abandoned in publicly accessible places not intended for collecting, storing or disposing of it, 5.
