The subject of this contract is: Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Radymno from property owners in respect of whose properties residents live and from property owners in respect of whose properties no residents live, but municipal waste is generated, as well as from the PSZOK, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.” The description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection and management of municipal waste from the areas of residential and non-residential properties in the City of Radymno and from the PSZOK in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and the limitation of the mass of waste undergoing biological treatment that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and in accordance with the applicable during the term of the contract Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radymno (Appendix No 5 to the SWZ) and with provisions of local law.
