TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of mixed municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner, including: paper, metals and plastics, glass, bio-waste, clothing* and textiles* (*applies only to the collection during the collection of bulky waste in transparent bags with a capacity of 120 l) from residential properties and non-residential properties covered by the municipal municipal waste management system in the area of the City of Zakopane Municipality. 2. The term “property” used in the further part shall be understood as properties where residents live, properties where residents live in part and do not live in part, and where municipal waste is generated, and properties where residents do not live but where municipal waste is generated. 3. On the date of signing the contract, the Contractor will receive from the Contracting Authority a detailed list of properties from which municipal waste will be collected – 9 364 collection points (as at 30.06.2026). 4.
