Part 1 – covering the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction after processing of mixed municipal waste) a) Waste must be transported and then managed at installations that hold decisions allowing processing of these wastes in a recovery process, in accordance with applicable provisions of law in this respect and recovery processes specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 699). b) Collection of waste will take place by transport organised by the Contractor and at its cost, including transport costs, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading. c) The quantity of waste is approximately 8,000 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly quantity is approximately 667 Mg, and the weekly quantity approximately 167 Mg. These are estimated quantities used for the purposes of preparing the tender; in particular, 8,000 Mg is an indicative quantity for collection and recovery, which may increase by 15%.
