TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. This subject matter of the contract is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 311(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) and sets out the conditions for awarding and performing by the Contractor the service of collecting and managing waste with code 19 12 10, hereinafter referred to as “the subject matter of the contract”, during the term of the agreement, based on implementing agreements. 2. Under the subject matter of the contract, successive collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 from a plant managed by the Contracting Authority shall be carried out, under implementing agreements, in an estimated quantity of: 4,000 Mg – the total amount of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement from the Z/I Bełchatów, ul. Przemysłowa14 and 16, Bełchatów. 3. The waste that is the subject matter of this contract shall be collected from the Contracting Authority’s plant and then managed in accordance with the applicable laws in this regard and with Appendix No 1 to the Waste Act. 4.
