TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the performance of the task entitled “Collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and items from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11), i.e. successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12.” 2. The waste must be managed in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.0.1587) in the R process. 3. Waste with code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11) originates from processing (crushing) of waste 20 03 07 – bulky waste originating from selective collection of municipal waste, as well as waste 20 03 07 generated from sorting of municipal waste. 4. The maximum amount of waste planned to be transferred during the term of the contract is 3000 Mg, subject to the possibility of using the option right. 5.
