TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, originating from the Waste Management Facility operated by Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn. Waste 19 12 12 is waste originating after the processing of mixed municipal waste and waste from selective collection. The minimum total amount of waste with code 19 12 12 during the term of the contract is 4 000,00 Mg, and the maximum is 6 000,00 Mg. The minimum weekly amount is 160,00 Mg. At the same time, we inform you that the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to be obliged to order the collection during the term of the contract of the maximum amount of waste indicated above.
