TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. This agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 311(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) and sets out the conditions for granting and performance by the Contractor of the service of collecting and managing waste with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the agreement”, during the term of the agreement on the basis of implementing agreements. 2. Based on the framework agreement, successive collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 from Z/I in Dylów A, Pajęczno commune, in the amount of 20 000 Mg will be carried out – the total quantity of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter is provided in the procurement documents, i.e. in the SWZ. 1.
