TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and further recovery, by the Contractor, in accordance with the permits it holds for this purpose, of batches of waste with code 19 12 12 from mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), under the following conditions: a) The Contracting Authority anticipates a monthly quantity of waste to be collected of not less than 300 Mg and not more than 500 Mg, b) The Contracting Authority sets a 1-month settlement period for partial performance of the contract, c) The Contractor shall ensure the collection of the entire stream of waste with code 191212 generated by the Contracting Authority, falling within the range of 300–500 Mg/month, d) The waste delivered shall be baled; the weight of one bale is approximately 500 kg, e) There is no possibility to load the waste in bulk, f) The delivered waste 191212 constitutes the above-sieve fraction > 80 mm from processing mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), g) The storage location of the delivered waste is not covered/roofed, h) The Contracting Authority does not have tests for the delivered waste 191212, i) Loading on the part of the Contracting Authority shall be carried out…
