TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code ex 19 05 03, i.e. compost that does not meet requirements (not suitable for use), originating from the Waste Management Plant operated by Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn, produced from separately collected green waste and other separately collected biowaste. Waste ex 19 05 03 produced as a result of the ongoing processing process (composting in process R3) of separately collected green waste and other separately collected biowaste. The minimum total amount of waste with code ex 19 05 03 intended for collection and management during the term of the contract is 1,000.00 Mg, and the maximum is 5,000.00 Mg. The minimum monthly quantity is 165.00 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been set out in point 4 of the SWZ.
